Special terms for the purchase of apartments for defenders, displaced persons and medical workers

RIEL Real Estate Corporation understands that many Ukrainians had to leave their homes, some lost them under shelling, some did not have time to purchase their homes before the war.
At the end of March, we are opening our sales departments and resuming construction at our objects. Thus we plan to transfer the housing to our clients as soon as possible.
The company's management also decided on special conditions for the purchase of homes for military personnel, medical workers and those displaced from the combat zone.
Briefly in figures:
- an extra 5%* discount for military personnel and their family members who are in the combat zone;
- an extra 3%* discount for military personnel and their family members who are not in the combat zone;
- an extra 5%* discount for medical workers and their family members who are in the war zone;
- an extra 3%* discount for medical workers and their family members who are not in the combat zone;
- an extra 5%* discount for those displaced from the combat zone.
*(regardless of the down payment amount; upon presentation of supporting documents).
